The final day, Day 5, was a long and arduous. The guys were assessed at various stages during the day to see how they had progressed since the first day. It has been a hard and painstaking process for all but rewarding. And rewards did they deserve. As is the tradition in our company, we threw a BBQ just to provide some time for reflection.

But the trainees were not eating for long, they simply went back - back to fight that dent once more! The enthusiasm and appreciation shown throughout this week was exceptional and we hope the guys every success in the future. Assessment booklets were covered in this briefing session.

The final part of the day involved Phill's final revised briefings of all the techniques covered during the week together with advice on how to survive the independent practice. Jimmy handed out the certificates achieved in the course for all trainees just prior to the close of day.
